Breastfeeding Class - Learn all you can before Birth
Prenatal breastfeeding class with your family and support people is so empowering! Knowing what is normal and asking questions before birth can help avoid problems or keep them minimal. Learning about breast changes during pregnancy and the early days and weeks, how to help your baby latch well and suckle with no pain, what to know about milk supply, how to tell baby is transferring well and growing as expected, when and how to express your milk and when to reach out with questions and concerns are a few of the basics of getting started and finding your way with your breastfeeding journey together.
