Every family deserves expert lactation care. I partner with The Lactation Network for insurance billing and care for those who choose to use insurance. Self-pay please refer to the Fee Schedule and I will send a link with payment options.
How to proceed:
- Fill out the request form at tln.care for Human Milk Matters Lactation when using insurance.
- TLN will check your insurance coverage and if you are covered, they will let you and I know and bill your insurance directly.
- We will schedule an in-home or telehealth consultation. I will send a secure email with the required information for our appointment.
- Payment is accepted for non-insured at the time of service or pre-paid using Google Pay or PayPal.
- Cash or Zelle is also accepted at the time of service.
